Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation of the reservation happens before 7 days from the day of the rent, it is possible to have a voucher equal to the 100% of the payment, which is possible to use in any moment, or it is possible to change the date of the reservation (based on our availability) with no additional costs.

If the cancellation of the reservation happens between 6 to 4 days from the day of the rent, it is possible to have a voucher equal to the 50% of the payment, which is possible to use in any moment, or it is possible to change the date of the reservation (based on our availability) with no additional costs.

If the cancellation of the reservation happens between 3 to 2 days from the day of the rent, it is possible to have a voucher equal to the 25% of the payment, which is possible to use in any moment.

If the cancellation of the reservation happens 1 day before the start of the rent, there is no voucher possible or chance to re schedule the reservation.
